hand-picked with careful selection of the grapes.

destalking, fermentation with light maceration of the skins.

Organoleptic characteristics:
still red wine, deep ruby red in colour with violet highlights, featuring intense perfumes of flowers and forest fruits, juniper and rosemary. Round and fresh in the mouth, with a pleasant aftertaste.

12,50-13,50% vol.
