Organoleptic characteristics:
Soft pink in colour, it presents a pervasive bouquet, featuring a pleasant sequence of characteristic fragrances that range from cherry to raspberry and currants,
through to floral scents of violets; with mentholated notes on the finish. Crisp and savoury on the palate, with aromatic notes reminiscent of raspberry and strawberry, with sweet caramel sensations on the finish.

12.0/13.0% vol.
Pairing:
Perfect for accompanying pasta dishes with tomato, vegetable sides, cereals and legumes; it is also ideal paired with fish soups, “cacciucco” and fish served with sauce.
