Sangiovese di Toscana and complementary red grapes.
Grape yield:
less than 9 tons/hectare.
Harvest:
manual/mechanical with selection of the grapes.
Vinification:
destalking, fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Maturing and ageing:
in temperature-controlled stainless steel and glazed concrete tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics:
still red wine, ruby red in colour with violet highlights, characterised by elegant perfumes with scents of violets. Full-bodied on the palate, lively with a good structure.

12,0 – 12,5% vol.
