on fine lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel and glazed concrete tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics:
still white wine, pale straw yellow in colour, characterised by elegant, floral perfumes and mineral notes. Savoury, fresh, round and persistent on the palate, with a typical aftertaste of almonds.

12-13% vol.

surf and turf starters, saffron risotto, gnocchi, white meat dishes, fish, fresh cheeses.
